Join our hands-on cooking class specially designed and led in English by Chef Jean-Marc. He takes great pride in welcoming you and sharing his passion for all things “gastronomique”. No better way to learn than hands-on and his teaching style allows you to see for yourself.

Our hands-on French cooking lesson – what’s in a day :
A welcome coffee with homemade cakes giving participants and opportunity to get to know one another and introduction to the menu by chef Jean-Marc. Then shop local, seasonal and mainly organic foods either at the market on Saturday and Sunday or at a farmers’ co-op “Naturellement Paysan” the other days, where local farmers sells their products all year long.
Then you will be ready to cook a 3 courses menu under the instructions of chef Jean-Marc and you will share your preparations around the table with Jean-Marc and his wife Alice, enjoying our scenic Provencal environnement overlooking the Luberon mountains in the heart of Provence. An “apéritif” will be served before the Lunch.
Chef Jean-Marc has spent his professional life in the culinary sector so he can adapt the menu if needed. Just let us know your allergies or dislikes when you book your class. It is important to know beforehand, because we are not a restaurant and we work with fresh food. Contact us for more information.
Practical information
- Join us at our provencal home at 9am to shop, cook and share together until around 3/3.30pm
- Each participant receives detailed copies of the recipes written in English
