Welcome to our school
After 10 years as Chef Instructor at The Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, Jean-Marc realized his dream of combining his passion for French Cuisine with the commitment to sharing this passion with the world. With that in mind, we opened our own cooking school in 2001 in Lyon, the cradle of French Gastronomy.
In Spring 2015, taking our dream to new heights, we brought our school of cuisine to a small hamlet near Avignon where we continue to offer the opportunity to discover French Cuisine in the charming setting of Provence, the garden of France. Here we are able to work with the bounty of the countryside using mainly organic products.
